FurlStudents from Mary Blount Elementary School’s participating in the school’s Model Teaching Week recently traveled to Maryville College to give voter education material and posters to the school to encourage the students there to vote. The Maryville College cabinet accepted the material from the students. “It was a great program and a good partnership with the college,” said Vandy Kemp, vice president and dean of students.
